Most establishments in America have managerial issues that can easily be fix like number one, learning how to communicate effectively with employees which is a very critical issue that my teacher have stressed over in the time of my course. Another issue is failing to provide company goals with the employees which is a critical issue because you want everybody to be in the same page.
