I believe that we should hold our dollars very closely like if we were in a depression because I don't think no Bankrupt auto establishment is going to cover warranty on your precious vehicle and God knows the quality of materials they manufacture you car with because of cut backs.

My business/Marketing teacher once told me that"If JP Morgan goes bankrupt America will be in the depression". JP Morgan have reported recently that its having the worst November and December of all time. Now is this a landslide? As to what I posted on Tuesday, November 25, 2008 about how the Tax payer should be entitled to a share of the market for bailing out these companies. Now Citi bank is being bailed out by us (Tax payers) because of poor business judgment and management. Citi Bank pays METS 20 million a year just to have the Mets name the stadium Citi Field. Aside from misusing the money and us paying for it, the Met's Prestige seats will almost be impossible to access without paying such a high price that only a certain class will be able to go to the Jackie Robison Rotundra looking field. NOT USING YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD FOR 3 DAYS

As professor Evans indicated in class to not use your credit or debit car for about 3 days and see if it will make a huge difference in your spendings in which I experimented and found out that it really does makes a difference because during those 3 days from the Nov 22- Nov 25 I was tempted to swipe or take out money for a lot of useless items with my card but I manage to not spend the money and I would say I saved up $65 dollars during that time period.

Identify a conflict I have recently been involved with, and how was it solved?.

I have recently been involved with a conflict with one of my X co-workers (James) in the Catering company I use to work for. James and I have been working the same amount of years in the company james just have longer than me but I got promoted first and I received a raise before him so after that particular promotion me and James don't see eye to eye and his job performance decreased drastically because of his frustration towards my promotion. I believe there is a conflict because conflict is incompatible behaviors that make another person less effective, but we resolved our issues and differences with some conflict resolving methods of compromise and promise solving.

I believe the conflict trigger is unrealized expectations because James had an expectation to be promoted before me but since that never happen it turned into a competitive conflict

The type of conflict it was it was a Competitive conflict because a it dealt with having opposing goals, mistrust and disbelieves, avoid and win loose.

During WWII Detroit was a very important manufacturing line for the government for military weapons for (tanks, aircraft, and amphibious vehicles). In Proffesor Evans class on Thursday we took a quiz on specialty product in which in my opinion he gave a quiz mainly because questioning is the most effective way of communication( I learned that in my Business class). After the quiz we discussed about the quiz and how the product was a specialty product even though I was a little confused because it was said that it would be compared to a BMW and the Proffesor said that the product can be debatable.

Today in marketing 100 we took a Midterm exam but first we had to handed out our response to the 1st midterm part. I think I did great by answering all the questions and I even reviewed it 5 times and had other colleagues revise my paper as well but the real action was the second midterm part that I took in class that kind of got me by surprise which was 50 multiple choice question T/F which I believe the professor gave us a break there because the questions was a bit difficult and I stayed up studying all night long.

well today we took the Midterm exam on chapter 15. I believe I did pretty well in the first part about decision making but I kind of stumbled in the second essay. What really caught me off guard was how broad our respond to the essay was to be. I had so many ideas that I couldn't put it together within the time I had left. I guess I should of wrote quicker in the first one.
